Prices are in US dollars. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, and may cancel and refund orders affected by an obvious error. Scented products vary slightly by batch.
2. Orders and Payment
An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Applicable sales tax is shown before you pay, as required by state law.
3. Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Standard delivery within the contiguous US is typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- If shipping will be delayed beyond the date we stated (or 30 days if none was stated), we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund, per the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Contact us promptly about lost or damaged parcels.
4. Returns and Refunds
- You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
